Surrender of lease form existing tenant and simultaneous re-letting to an new tenant

Decision

That Cabinet noted the report and delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management, to:

i)                 Conclude the surrender of the existing lease over part of the 1st floor and associated car parking at York House from Nagwa Limited

ii)               Conclude the re-letting of the office space on the 1st floor and associated car parking at York House to SAFO UK Limited
