Purpose: Recommendations:   That Cabinet:  Approves net changes of £52.862m for individual projects as part of the 2024/25 GF capital budget.   Approves net changes of £10.062m for individual projects as part of the 2024/25 HRA capital budget.    

Content: Cabinet agreed the following recommendations: ·       Approved the net movements of £52.862m for individual projects as part of the 2024/25 & other future year General Fund capital budgets. ·       Approved the net reprofiling of £10.062m for individual projects as part of the 2024/25 & other future year Housing Revenue Account capital budgets.   Reasons for Decision Reprofiling is sought so the 2024/25 budgets can be aligned with current forecasts  and in line with projects that have changed e.g. revised delivery timelines or amended payment schedules.   Implementation Date: 24 December 2024
