Content: That 1.Noting the 2025/26 Budget report to be considered by Executive on 12th February 2025, the following expenditure for operational building maintenance for 2025/26 be approved: · Repairs and Maintenance - £2.690m 2. Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Resources, Commissioning and Contracts Management to vary the planned programme and budget allocations within the repairs and maintenance budget to take actions necessary to either protect the council’s assets or make the most effective use of resources.
