Content: Decision   For the reasons set out in the report and its appendices Cabinet RESOLVED to Agree:   i)  To note the Budget Scrutiny Commission’s Budget Scrutiny Report (2025) published as a separate paper for this meeting; and ii)  The Executive’s Response to the Budget Scrutiny Commission’s Budget Scrutiny Report (2025) and particularly the responses in Appendices 1 and 2.   Alternatives Considered   a)  Each recommendation in the Budget Scrutiny Commission Report 2025 has been considered by the Mayor and Cabinet / Executive and the reasons for their decisions are set out in the tables in Appendices 1 and 2.
