Content: Decision   For the reasons set out in the report and its appendices Cabinet RESOLVED to Agree to:     i)  Note the referral of the Executive Decision on Development of the People Powered Places Programme 2025-2027, made by Cabinet on 4 February 2025 and the recommendations of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee;   ii)  Note the Executive Response;   iii)  Note that the recommendations from Overview and Scrutiny Committee for other models will be considered as part of a review of the potential uses of the remaining and future NCIL, alongside opportunities to unlock potential General Fund savings   iv)  Reaffirm the decision of Cabinet made 4th February 2025     Alternatives Considered   Not applicable - The Cabinet report dated 4 February 2025 set out any alternative options considered   The decision of Cabinet made 4th February 2025 can be implemented with immediate effect
