Content: Cllr Julie Sangani declared a personal interest in this item as she undertakes work for Learning Disability Wales   Cllr Peter Littlechild declared and personal and prejudicial interest in this item as a project he is working on is mentioned within the report.  Cllr Littlechild left the meeting for this item.     RESOLVED: that   1.     the Cardiff Living Well with a Learning Disability Strategy for Adults 2024-2029 be approved.   2.     the use of Oak House be approved to develop a new Complex Needs Day Centre, subject to grant funding as set out in the report.
