Content: The Executive Mayor and Cabinet RESOLVED;   2.1 to approve the capital expenditure of £14.496m for the delivery of the 2025/26 Work Programme consisting of carriageway and footway renewal works, carriageway and footway patching, flood management and drainage works, bridges and structures work and other associated work as identified in Appendices A, B and C subject to the provision that the overall budget is not exceeded and that the Cabinet Member is consulted on any significant changes.
