Purpose: The Strategic Plan 2022 to 2026 is the council's main corporate business plan. The plan embeds the Mayor's vision and the administration's manifesto into a high level policy framework and demonstrates how they will be delivered alongside the council’s statutory duties. The plan sets a framework for performance monitoring and reporting. It is supported by and aligned with the Medium Term Financial Strategy. Each year the council publishes an Annual Delivery Plan. The 2025/26 Annual Delivery Plan describes the key actions the council will take this year to deliver the Strategic Plan, and how we will measure progress.
