Content: Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Development. DECISION – THAT the Leader of the Council agrees: i) That 8 Eley Road, held in the General Fund, be declared surplus to the council’s requirement and to be disposed of; ii) That approval is given for the acquisition of 21 Kynoch Road in consideration of the transfer of 8 Eley Road at market value, and a further equality payment of £1.4m, to CCEP; and iii) That authority be delegated to the Head of Property to negotiate and agree the details of the linked transactions and to instruct Legal Services to prepare and complete documentation giving effect to both transactions Reasons For the reasons set out in the report.
