Content: That 1.  The potential spend authorised by Chief Officers under Part 2 Financial Procedures due to the emergency nature of the works required for this dangerous structure and the approach to cost recovery be noted.   2.  It be approved that the revenue costs be drawn down from 2025/26 central contingency sum to offset until such a time costs are recovered.
