Content: That 1.  The award of a construction contract to the building contractor referred to in Part 2 of this report to carry out repair and maintenance works to Burnt Ash Children & Family Centre and Griffins Sensory Support Service for Hearing Impairment be approved. 2.  The expenditure as set out in Part 2 of this report to be funded from the Children & Family Centres (CFC) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Services workstreams from the approved Operational Property Review (OPR) budget be approved.
