Purpose: Cabinet to agree to undertake consultation on the proposed ‘main modifications’ which have resulted from the ‘Examination in Public’ of the draft Harrow Local Plan.   Delegated authority to be given to the Chief Planning Officer, following consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Planning & Regeneration to continue to progress the draft Plan through the Examination in Public process, through to when the plan is able to be considered by Cabinet and Full Councill for adoption.
