Content: RESOLVED that –   1.    the application for a Neighbourhood Community Grant of £3,000 from Voices of Hope, as set out in paragraphs 5 - 14 of the report, be approved;   2.    the reduced sum of £1,496 Neighbourhood Community Grant funding be allocated to the New Malden Town Centre Partnership, for the application as set out in paragraphs 15 - 24 of the report and the remaining amount of £700 to be sourced from Councillor Ward Funding offered by Councillors James Giles and Mark Durrant to meet the updated total of £2,196.
