Purpose: Keighley & Ilkley Locality Plan Progress report for 2024-25. This report will give an update on the progress achieved towards addressing the Locality and Ward priorities set out in the Locality Plan during April 2024 – March 2025. It will highlight the impact and outcomes of Neighbourhoods & Community Services and the contribution their work has made to achieving Council Plan objectives. It will also set out a framework for how the work of N&CS in building stronger communities contributes to achieving the priorities of the emerging District Strategy.

Content: Resolved –   (1)           The Executive welcomed and commented on the Keighley & Ilkley Locality Plan – Progress Update 2024/25, as set out in Appendix A of Document AB.   (2)           That the Keighley & Ilkley Area Co-ordinator, accompanied by the Chair of Keighley & Ilkley Area Committee, present the new Keighley & Ilkley Locality Plan to the Executive in 12 months time, and reports on any progress and achievements made in addressing the priorities set out in it during 2025/26.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director, Place (Growth)   Overview and Scrutiny Area: Health and Social Care   (Jonathan Hayes – 01535 618008)
