Content: Resolved –   (1)  That the revised Financial Regulations as detailed in Document “S”, be recommended to Full Council on the 9 December 2025, for adoption.   (2)  That the Section 151 Officer be granted delegated authority to make minor amendments to the Financial Regulations should the need occur.
