Purpose: The Report seeks approval of a new commercially focused and ambitious Business Plan for the Assembly Hall Theatre to secure its long-term financial sustainability.

Content: RESOLVED –   That the Assembly Hall Theatre Business Plan 2025 – 2029 (Exempt Appendix A) be approved   2.     That the need for a capital programme for the Assembly Hall Theatre and agree that capital submissions in line with the business plan are submitted as part of the budget setting process be noted.   REASON FOR DECISION:  To provide a robust, evidence based road map to financial independence.
