Content: Resolved –   That having considered the Application for Review; all valid representations made by the parties to the hearing: valid written representations received during the statutory period, the published statement of licensing policy and relevant statutory guidance; the Panel considered that the Licence holder has failed to uphold the Licencing objectives, on the evidence heard. Therefore, the Panel determined that the premises licence be revoked in respect of Euro Market, 524 Great Horton Road, Bradford, BD7 3HG.   Reason – It is considered that the revocation is necessary, appropriate and proportionate to ensure compliance and promotion of the licensing objectives- In particular, The Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, The protection of children from harm objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.   To be actioned by: Assistant Director Stronger Communities and Regulatory Services
