Content: RESOLVED that: The Corporate Scrutiny Committee:   i.            Considers the Draft Budget 2026-27, Medium-Term Financial Plan and Capital Programme 2026 to 2030 and makes any additional and appropriate recommendations for the Executive to consider at its meeting on 10 February 2026.   ii.            Considers the Housing Revenue Account Draft Budget 2026-27 and Medium-Term Financial Plan Proposals and makes any additional and appropriate recommendations for the Executive to consider at its meeting on 10 February 2026.   iii.            Receives and notes the draft report from the Budget Scrutiny Panel attached at Appendix C.
