Content: RESOLVED:   To note Northamptonshire Children’s Trust’s P8 reported forecast of £210.033m and the pressure to the Councils which is £24.383m when compared to the original Contract Sum.   Reasons for Recommendations   For the Councils to maintain financial oversight of their ownership of and commissioning arrangements with our Trust.   Alternative Options Considered   To take no action – This is not recommended.  The recommendations set out in this report will allow the councils to maintain financial oversight of their ownership of and commissioning arrangements with NCT.
