Purpose:

Content: That 1.  The contents of this report be noted and the proposed Strategy for Phases 3 as set out within this report be approved. 2.  The procurement and appointment of joint letting surveyors and other professional consultants to provide architectural and cost consultancy advice as recommended in Part 2 of this report be approved. 3.  Expenditure of up to £150,000 for marketing cost, up to £100,000 for professional consultancy fees and up to 15% of one year’s rental income for letting surveyor’s fees be approved. 4.  Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning and Regeneration in consultation with the Portfolio Holder and Director of Finance to agree terms for the letting of Phase 3. 5.  Authority be delegated to the Assistant Director of Legal Services to enter into all relevant legal agreements and any ancillary legal documentation relating to the leasing and disposal of property.
