Content: RESOLVED:   Committee resolved to:   a)  Note the progress achieved since the previous report to the Committee in February 2024.  b)  Note the further allocation from the Change Programme Delivery Fund which has been approved since February 2024.  c)  Note the Programme benefits strategy, including savings, which the Programme is aiming to achieve and achievements to date.  d)  Note the changes to programme governance.
