This was a short meeting of NHS and Surrey County Council representatives that was mostly concerned with approving the minutes of the previous meeting and noting the dates of future meetings.
Procurement Forward Plan 2024/2025
The committee was scheduled to approve the Annual Procurement Forward Plan 2024/2025.
Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Care and Support
The Committee was scheduled to note the notification of contract award of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Care and Support with Community Accommodation (Working Age Adults).
A dynamic purchasing system is a completely electronic process for procuring commonly used goods, services and works. They are generally run for up to four years and suppliers can join at any time.
Future Meeting Dates
The Committee was also scheduled to note the dates of future meetings. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 31 July 2024, and there will also be meetings on Wednesday 18 September 2024, Wednesday 11 December 2024, and Wednesday 19 March 2025.
