Minutes

The public minutes of the Sub-Committee meeting held on 17 March 2026 were scheduled for agreement. Additionally, confidential minutes from the same meeting were also to be agreed upon, following a motion to exclude the public from the discussion of exempt information.

The previous meeting on 17 March 2026, which was attended by Florence Keelson-Anfu (Chair), Deputy Christopher Hayward (Deputy Chair), Deputy Henry Colthurst, Alderman Sir William Russell, and Deputy James Thomson CBE, had also considered remuneration for the Town Clerk & Chief Executive and their appraisal objectives. Apologies were received from Anthony Fitzpatrick for that meeting.
