The Planning Applications Sub-Committee of the City of London Council met on Monday 08 June 2026 to discuss proposed works to Crescent House on the Golden Lane Estate and amendments to a planning permission for the redevelopment of 47-50 Mark Lane. The committee was scheduled to discuss applications for planning permission and listed building consent for works pertaining to fire safety, building services, external repairs, and redecorations at Crescent House. The report pack indicated that these proposals formed part of a wider ongoing program to upgrade and refurbish the building, addressing fire safety regulations and the replacement of obsolete services. 47-50 Mark Lane
