The panel resolved to grant the premises licence variation, allowing the supply of alcohol from 09:00 to 21:30 and opening hours until 22:00, Monday to Sunday. They also added conditions consistent with the operating schedule and the three additional conditions agreed with the Licensing Authority. The panel noted that while they could not address all the concerns raised by Councillor Stark within the remit of the Licensing Act 2003, they recommended that the Council's markets and environmental health teams investigate these separate issues.
