TENANT AND LEASEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT ANNUAL REPORT

HOUSING ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN (ANNUAL REFRESH)
Recommendations ApprovedThe Cabinet of Melton Council approved the Housing Asset Management Plan refresh for 2025-2030 and its associated capital programme on 11 December 2024. The decision maker delegated authority to the Director for Housing and Communities to apply for and implement investment through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. Cabinet also approved in principle the conversion of the Fairmead Community Centre and Douglas Jane Community Room into three additional housing units.
