The funding will contribute to entertainment, live music, refreshments, and decorations for the event, which is scheduled for Sunday 4 May 2025. Vine Close is an independent housing complex managed by the Council's Housing for Older People Team, providing support for residents over 55.

Councillor Ward Funding is part of the council's Community Grants Programme, which aims to support local voluntary and community sector organisations, faith groups, charities, and not-for-profit organisations. Each ward councillor receives £2,000 per financial year for CWF, which can be allocated at their discretion or pooled by the Neighbourhood Committee. Work Programme

The committee reviewed its work programme for the upcoming year.
