Summary

Election of Deputy Chair
Councillor Nick Cotter was elected Deputy Chair of the Committee for the 2025/26 Council Year. Councillor David Hingley nominated Councillor Nick Cotter, and Councillor Leigh Rawlins seconded the nomination. As there were no other nominations, a vote was held, and Councillor Nick Cotter was elected.
Apologies for Absence
Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Nick Cotter. Councillor David Hingley attended as a substitute for Councillor Nick Cotter.
