353 Harrow Road Licensing Application

The application for extended operating hours at 353 Harrow Road was rejected. The applicant sought to extend the closing time from 11 pm to 2 am. Local residents and business owners expressed strong opposition, citing concerns about increased noise, litter, and anti-social behaviour. The committee agreed that the potential negative impact on the community outweighed the benefits of extended hours.

One resident, John Doe, stated, Allowing this extension would disrupt our lives and degrade the quality of our neighbourhood.

75 Dean Street Licensing Application

The committee also reviewed an application for 75 Dean Street, which sought to modify its existing licence to include live music performances. The decision was deferred pending further consultation with local residents and businesses. The committee requested additional information on how the venue plans to manage noise levels and ensure compliance with existing regulations.
