The Licensing (Hearings) Sub-Committee of Leicestershire Council convened to address licensing matters within the city. The agenda included a review of an existing premises licence and the confirmation of minutes from previous meetings. The sub-committee was scheduled to consider the application in private due to the inclusion of exempt information as defined by the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
Application for Review: Mini Off Licence
The sub-committee was scheduled to review the existing premises licence for Mini Off Licence, located at 220 Narborough Road, Leicester, LE3 2AN. The Director of Neighbourhood and Environmental Services submitted a report regarding the application for review.
The existing licence, LEIPRM1246, permits the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises, with the following hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 11:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

The sub-committee was also scheduled to confirm the minutes from the meetings held on 28 April 20253 and 14 May 20254. These minutes detail previous licensing decisions made by the sub-committee.
