The Regulatory and Appeals Committee of Bradford Council scheduled a meeting to take place on 4 September 2025. The committee was expected to discuss a planning application for a residential development on Abb Scott Lane, and consider the membership of sub-committees.
Abb Scott Lane Planning Application
The committee was scheduled to consider a full planning application, reference 24/02887/MAF, relating to land at Abb Scott Lane, Bradford. The application was for the demolition of three agricultural barns and the construction of 173 dwellings, including access and landscaping.
The Assistant Director (Planning, Transportation & Highways) made a recommendation for approval, subject to conditions and the completion of a Section 106 agreement1.
The report pack noted that the site had previously been allocated as a Phase 2 Housing Site within the Replacement Unitary Development Plan.
