Personal Licence Determination

The sub-committee was scheduled to consider a report regarding a personal licence holder who had been issued with a civil penalty for a relevant offence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

The sub-committee was scheduled to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 10 July 2025 as an accurate record. The previous meeting also concerned the determination of a personal licence following the issue of a civil penalty for a relevant offence. The sub-committee had deferred making a final determination, pending further representations from the Chief Officer of Police.
