The Capital Buildings Board of the City of London Corporation met on Wednesday 24 September 2025 to discuss a RIBA Stage 5 update on the Salisbury Square Development, receive a verbal update on the design for the City of London Police (COLP) HQ, commercial and listed building, and review the Major Programmes Office dashboard report. The meeting also included a review of minutes from a prior meeting, and a motion to exclude the public from some of the meeting's agenda items.

Salisbury Square Development

The board was scheduled to receive a report from the City Surveyor providing an update on progress made on the Salisbury Square Development Programme since the last Capital Buildings Board meeting on 18 June 2025.

The minutes from the 16 July 2025 meeting record that the board received a presentation from Eric Parry of Eric Parry Architects, relating to design progress, materials, layout and construction milestones.

City of London Police HQ

The City Surveyor was scheduled to provide a verbal update on the design for the City of London Police HQ, commercial and listed building.

Major Programmes Office Dashboard Report

The board was scheduled to receive a report from the Chamberlain providing an overview of progress on key workstreams against the major programmes.

The board was asked to agree the public minutes and non-public summary of the meeting held on 16th July 2025.
