The Public Protection Sub Committee of Cardiff Council met on Wednesday 8 October 2025, to discuss Hackney Carriage and Private Hire matters. Councillor Michael Michael, Deputy Lord Mayor, was scheduled to chair the meeting, with Councillors Jon Shimmin and Marc Palmer also in attendance.
Exclusion of the Public
