The Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service Procurement Committee met on Wednesday 19 November 2025, to discuss the Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service, including a progress report, audit review findings, and the status of the public beta launch. The committee was also scheduled to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on 16 October 2025.
Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service
The committee was scheduled to receive a regular programme progress report from the Commissioner regarding the Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service (FCCRAS). They were also scheduled to hear from the Commissioner regarding the NISTA Gateway 4 independent audit review findings, the public beta go live status and countdown to report fraud soft launch, and a sample of new report fraud training and media videos.
The previous meeting on 16 October 2025, included a report of the Commissioner providing a summary on the progress of the programme of transformation of the Next Generation Service of the FCCRAS that has occurred since May 2025.

The committee also received a report of the Town Clerk advising Members of action taken by the Town Clerk outside of the Committee's schedule, in consultation with the Chair and Deputy Chair, in accordance with Standing Order Nos. 41(a) and (b).
