Lebanese Grill Express Licence Review
The panel will consider a report from the Executive Director Investment, Place and Opportunity regarding an application to review the premises licence of Lebanese Grill Express, located at 84 Leather Lane, London, EC1N 7TT.

The agenda notes that publicity in respect of this item may lead to the disclosure of information relating to an individual or information subject to legal professional privilege1, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
Guidance on Remote Meetings
The panel will be asked to agree the procedure rules for remote meetings, as detailed in the document titled Guidance on Remote Meetings held under the Licensing Act 2003 and Associated Regulations. This guidance covers various aspects of remote meetings, including:
- Preparing for the meeting, such as informing the committee officer of attendance, reading reports beforehand, ensuring a stable broadband connection, and having a neutral background.
- Conduct during the meeting, such as joining promptly, muting microphones when not speaking, and stating names when speaking for the first time.
- Instructions for dealing with exempt or confidential items, which may require the committee to go into closed session.
The guidance also includes a note on gender-inclusive minutes, stating that Camden seeks to write minutes in a way that does not misgender individuals.
Other Business
The agenda also includes the following standard items:
- Apologies for absence.
- Declarations by members of statutory disclosable pecuniary interests, compulsory registerable non-pecuniary interests and voluntary registerable non-pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda.
