The Capital Buildings Board met to discuss the disposal of the former Magistrates' Court at 1 Queen Victoria Street, updates to the Salisbury Square Development, and proposals relating to Guildhall Yard East. They were also scheduled to review the Major Programmes Office Dashboard Report.

The board was scheduled to discuss a joint report from the City Surveyor and the Commissioner of the City of London Police concerning Guildhall Yard East.
