The Camden Leaseholders' Forum is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, to discuss a range of issues including updates from the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders, leaseholder services, and repairs. They will also be considering the dates for future meetings in 2026 and 2027.

Repairs

The forum is expected to discuss the process for when a leaseholder's flat is damaged by the actions of another resident. This includes issues relating to access, repairs, insurance claims, and fire safety projects, as well as master keys. The agenda also includes a discussion of maintenance visits and communication failures.

Leaseholder Services Update

The Homeownership Manager is scheduled to provide an update on behalf of the Neighbourhoods Team. The forum is also expected to discuss and ask questions about the Leaseholder Services Update Report.

Update from the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders

The meeting will include feedback from the 6 November Leaseholder Conference from the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders.

Dates of Leaseholder Forum Meetings 2026/27

The Leaseholders' Forum is expected to agree on meeting dates for the 2026/27 municipal year. The following dates are listed as potential dates for meetings:

• Monday 22nd March 2027
• Tuesday 1st June 2027

Progress Report

The forum is scheduled to receive a progress report on actions from previous meetings, as detailed in the CLF Action Sheet September 2025.
