Licensing Sub-Committee - Friday 28 November 2025 10.00 am
November 28, 2025 View on council websiteSummary
The Licensing Sub-Committee of Bromley Council scheduled a meeting to discuss temporary event notices1 (TENs) applications from Pierluigi's. The meeting was scheduled to begin with the appointment of a chairman, followed by declarations of interest from the councillors.
Pierluigi's TENs Applications
The sub-committee was scheduled to consider TENs applications from Pierluigi's. According to the agenda, papers relating to these applications were to follow. The agenda also noted that objections to the applications were referred to in the attached reports of the Director of Environmental Services.
Exclusion of Press and Public
The agenda included a motion for Councillor Tony Owen, Chairman, Renewal, Recreation & Housing PDS Committee and Vice-Chairman, Plans Sub-Committee No. 2, to move that the press and public be excluded during consideration of the items of business. The reason given was that:
it is likely in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings that if members of the Press and public were present there would be disclosure to them of exempt information.
The Chairman was also scheduled to request the names and addresses of those giving evidence, along with the names of any representatives.
