The Haringey Council Planning Sub Committee is scheduled to meet on 8 December 2025 to discuss a planning application for a timber yard, receive an update on major planning proposals, and note planning application decisions taken under delegated powers.
Timber Yard Planning Application
The committee will consider planning application HGY/2025/1769 for the Timber Yard, 289-295 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HU.
Update on Major Proposals
The Planning Sub Committee is scheduled to receive an update on major planning proposals in Haringey. This will include proposals awaiting a decision notice after a committee resolution and signature of a section 106 agreement1, applications submitted and awaiting determination, and proposals being discussed at the pre-application stage. The update is contained in the Major Sites List to Committee Dec 8 2025.
Applications Determined Under Delegated Powers
The committee is scheduled to be advised of planning application decisions taken under delegated powers2 between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025.

The meeting will also cover the following items:
- Planning Protocol: The committee is scheduled to note that it abides by the council's Planning Protocol November 2025. The protocol aims to balance enabling development with conserving the environment and local amenities.
- Minutes: The committee will confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 6 November 2025, contained in the Minutes from previous meeting.
- Apologies: To receive any apologies for absence.
