Special Educational Needs Unit at St Paul's C of E Primary School & Nursery
Jonathan Hulley, Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Lifelong Learning, has approved the proposal to establish a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Unit at St Paul's C of E Primary School & Nursery in Tongham. This decision, detailed in the Cabinet Member Decision Report - SEN Unit at St Pauls CofE Primary School Nursery, means that the school will now be able to accommodate children with special educational needs. The decision was made following a consultation process, the analysis of which is available in Annex 2_Education Consultation Analysis.pdf. An Equality Impact Assessment was also conducted. The proposal was approved subject to a call-in period, meaning that councillors have a period of time to request that the decision be reviewed by the relevant scrutiny committee.
