The Board will review the Risk Register for the City of London Police Pension Scheme. This register details the key risks identified by the Board, along with their associated risk scores, potential impact, and mitigation strategies. The report notes that similar risks are also included in the broader City of London Corporation's risk register. Officers have conducted a preliminary review, recommending a decrease in the current and target risk scores for the McCloud Legal Case (CHB COLP PSB08), reflecting its move towards 'business as usual'. The report will detail eight key risks, including the McCloud Legal Case, Cyber Security (CHB COLP PSB07), Legislative Compliance (CHB COLP PSB02), Pension Scheme Administration (Personnel and Systems - CHB COLP PSB03 and CHB COLP PSB04), Pension Fraud (CHB COLP PSB05), Actuarial Data (CHB COLP PSB01), and Protected Pension Age (PPA) (CHB COLP PSB06).
