Charvil Neighbourhood Plan

Charvil Parish Council has produced a draft Neighbourhood Plan which proposes a series of planning policies that will work alongside the council’s local plans to manage development. This report seeks approval to consult on the draft Plan and the authority to procure an independent examiner who will subsequently examine the draft Plan, which includes considering all the representations submitted during the consultation. Consultation and examination are requirements of the governing regulations.
