The Executive of West Oxfordshire Council approved the Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) for 2025/26 on 21 October 2026. The statement was approved for publication by the end of December 2026. Officers intend to share a draft interim position statement on Section 106 and CIL funding with stakeholders before finalising it.

The decision approves the strategy for publication, which details the council's approach to its statutory duties under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

The Executive of West Oxfordshire Council decided on 21 October 2026 to approve the extension of the Charter Markets Concessions Contract with Cotswold Markets Ltd. This decision extends the contract for a further two years, to 31 July 2029, following a review of its first year of operation.
