Planning Committee - Wednesday 8th October, 2025 7.00 pm
The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee met to discuss planning applications for a nursery in Rushden, a property in Kettering, and land in Braybrooke. The committee approved the application for residential development at Jack And Jill Nursery, Rushden, subject to a condition regarding fencing. They also approved the change of use of a retail unit to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Kettering, and the construction of five dwellings in Braybrooke.
Additional Meeting, Democracy and Standards Committee - Monday 29th September, 2025 7.00 pm
The Democracy and Standards Committee met to discuss and approve recommendations to North Northamptonshire Council regarding updates to the council's constitution. Councillors agreed to recommend the updated constitution to the full council, with amendments, for final approval and adoption. The committee also approved the minutes of the previous meeting and noted that there were no declarations of interest from members.

At a meeting of the North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee, councillors resolved to approve applications for a new classroom block at Sir Christopher Hatton School, the demolition of buildings at Kettering Leisure Park for open storage, the construction of a padel tennis court at Glapthorn Primary School, and the conversion of Her Majesty's Court House in Kettering into flats.
