Budget Meeting, Council - Wednesday, 26th February, 2025 7.00 p.m.

The Council agreed to approve the 2025/26 budget report and the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) 2025-28. It was also agreed to adopt the Treasury Management Strategy Statement, Investment Strategy Report and Capital Strategy Report for 2025-26. The Member Allowance Scheme for 2025/26 was also approved.

Housing & Regeneration Scrutiny Sub Committee - Monday, 24th February, 2025 6.30 p.m.

At this meeting, the committee heard reports about the performance of social landlords in the borough, the resident engagement work of the Tenants' Voice Panel, and how the council is working to ensure compliance and regulation regarding fire safety and treating damp and mould.

Longlisting for the Post of Housing Property and Asset Management, Appointments Sub Committee - Wednesday, 19th February, 2025 12.20 p.m.

This meeting was scheduled to discuss the longlisting of candidates for the role of Director of Housing Property and Asset Management at Tower Hamlets Council. As the substantive business on the agenda was deemed confidential, the usual arrangements for public attendance did not apply.

Cabinet - Wednesday, 19th February, 2025 5.30 p.m.

The Cabinet agreed to adopt a new Workforce to Reflect the Community Strategy and Action Plan 2024-2026, approved the Q3 Contracts Forward Plan for 2024/25 and made recommendations on the future of waste treatment disposal and materials sorting services.

The Appointments Sub Committee meeting on 19 February 2025 was to consider the longlist of candidates for the role of Director of Housing Neighbourhoods and Customer Services.
