The Bexley Council Cabinet Committee, consisting of Councillor Baroness O'Neill of Bexley OBE, Leader of the Council, Councillor David Leaf, Deputy Leader of the Council/Cabinet Member for Resources, and Councillor Cafer Munur, Cabinet Member for Place Shaping, was scheduled to meet on Thursday 30 October 2025. The main item for discussion was the BexleyCo Limited Business Plan 2025, which outlines the company's strategy for developing new homes across the borough.
