Public Spaces Protection Order Expirations September 2025

Recommendations for five Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) that are set to expire in either September or December of this year will be presented to Cabinet. The PSPOs to be discussed include restrictions on begging and rough sleeping (where anti-social behaviour is a factor), anti-social drinking in public, amplified music causing an unreasonable disturbance in the town centre and various dog controls.
