The Cabinet of Hammersmith and Fulham approved consultation on the draft School Organisation Plan and options for managing primary place sufficiency on 12 October 2026. The decision allows for consultation with various stakeholders including parents, staff, and community members. Authority is delegated to the Executive Director of People’s Services and DCS, in consultation with the Deputy Leader, to approve the formal consultation process and materials.

The Cabinet of Hammersmith and Fulham Council approved the LBHF Digital Strategy 2026 to 2030 on 12/10/2026. The strategy will be published online for residents, businesses, and community partners. Further work will be undertaken on a delivery plan and a council-wide transformation programme.

Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of People and DCS, in consultation with others, to finalise transaction documents.

The Executive Director of Place approved the Council's withdrawal from LEVI Partnership 6 for electric vehicle charging infrastructure on 09/09/2026. This decision enables the development of a borough-led procurement strategy for existing and future electric vehicle charging infrastructure, funded from the Council’s LEVI allocation of £943,580. Officers are authorised to notify Partnership 6 of the withdrawal and negotiate the return of the Council's share of LEVI funding.

The Cabinet Member for the Economy agreed to allocate £91,205.44 of Section 106 funds to the Grove Neighbourhood Centre for refurbishment works on 25/09/2026. The Council will enter into a formal community grant agreement with the Grove Neighbourhood Centre outlining the terms and obligations.

The Deputy Leader approved the first two-year extension of the Young People's Integrated Substance Misuse and Sexual Health (ISMASH) Service contract from 01/10/2026 to 30/09/2028 on 16/09/2026. The service is delivered by Turning Point and is funded from the Public Health Revenue Grant.

The Cabinet of Hammersmith and Fulham Council decided to approve the updated four-year capital programme for 2026-2030 of £532.1m on 12 October 2026. They also noted the overall forecast of £209.3m for 2026/27 capital expenditure and approved a £12.9m change in investment across the programme.
