Among the applications are proposals for alterations to the Enfield Town Library, development at the former Chase Farm Hospital site, the use of land for storage on Park Road, and changes to a church hall on Grove Road. The Enfield Council Planning Committee met on 16 September 2025, and approved plans for a housing development on Lincoln Crescent and a surfing complex at the Lee Valley Golf Course. The committee also approved the construction of a padel tennis facility at Southgate Hockey Centre.
